JPlay output problem

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Windows Server 2016 + Audiophile Optimizer + JPlay
Running Roon Server.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Ethernet LAN connection.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
JPlay on Audio PC.

Description Of Issue
Hy!

On my Audio Server PC one of the output options is JPlay ASIO that I want to use, but there is an “audio device failed to initialize” error message during selection.

What is the cause of the error?

Hello @Galambos_Csaba,

I recommend reaching out to the JPLAY support team for this issue. Roon does not have any visibility into the workings of the JPLAY ASIO driver so we cannot provide insight into what could be causing this to occur.
