Playing of some albums with MQA-quality I experience jumping up-and-down from MQA quality to PCM16 causing horrible sounds from my speakers. This is recent happening and can’t find a reason. Could this be a bug in the software.
Please share screenshots of the signal path before an during such episodes. Likewise, screenshots of your DAC/streamer settings would be helpful.
What I notice is that the MQA core decoder of the TDAI3400 is jumping on/off, which is a new phenomenon.
After a while the output to the speakers is beyond any level.
