Just downloaded Roon again, but it won’t start up [Resolved]

Hey! I am finally just about to get Roon again, I am doing the two week free trial first but I am going for the life time billing option…

BUT after I have downloaded the software to my Mac it wont start up the program. It just shows for a few seconds and then it goes away. I don’t know what to do.

I have deleted it and downloaded it again several times, turned my machine off and on again, all the trix in the book…

Hi Jim, try renaming the folder ~/Library/Roon , and then try to open the Roon app again.
