Just updated - ROCK is "Ready" but then shows as offline?

I cannot use my Roon on any of my devices, despite the fact that my ROCK has internet connectivity and shows as “Ready” on my clients.

Any idea why this would be, all of a sudden?

It all occurred after the update.

The error reads as follows:

“Are you online?
Please check your internet connection and try again.”

My internet connection is fine, on all devices.

EDIT: Can I roll back my update on my ROCK? If so, how?

You can still switch your core and clients to Roon 1.8 Legacy.

Turn everything off, including your modem/router. The power on the modem/ router first, followed by everything else.

He could Jim, but is it not better to understand the issue before advising people to rollback to 1.8?

Only people that have to / wish to should roll back to 1.8.

Hi,

In order for Roon’s @support team to better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

I particular, what version / build number of Roon are you run on your Roon Core and Roon Control devices?

Carl, he’s the one who asked about rolling back to the previous version. Please don’t criticize me for answering the guy’s question.

My apologies Jim, I had not seen his EDIT.
