KEF LS50W: lip sync issues when connected to a TV?

Hi everbody,

Will the Kef LS50W, connected to a TV via an optical cable (toslink), have big lip sync issues (delay)?

I presume you are talking about software issues outside of using roon?

Outside using Roon, TV->Optical->Kef.

I have that setup, Samsung TV > Optical > KEF LS50W - no issues with lip sync whatsoever.

Yep, there’s no noticeable delay through optical or analogue Line-In. I use analogue from an AV Pre-amp and they’re in-sync.

After a good test (well 2-3 movies) no lip sync issues with Toslink.
