@So_Shu_fung, if you are using WiFi for your network connection, please make sure you are using the 5 GHz band and not the 2.4 GHz band. Is it possible to connect your Roon computer to your RAX75 directly with an Ethernet cable? If so and the problem is eliminated, then the problem can be contained to a WiFi issue.

Hi @So_Shu_fung,

What is your network setup? Do you have any switches, mesh nodes, or access points involved other than the Netgear range extender mentioned above?

If possible try hardwiring your RoonServer machine to the main router in your setup, and try playback with a KKBox track to the system output of that machine or a wired Zone. That way we can remove any networking variables from the equation here.

We’ll proceed to rebuild the setup from there to identify the component that is causing issues here.

I recommend veriyfing that you are using a reliable DNS server in the meantime in your router settings.
