Description of Issue

Every time I view “MY LIBRARY” in KKBOX, it shows “error loading page”

In addition, I have plenty favorite tracks in KKBOX, but it doesn’t show here, neither.

Here are my favorite tracks shown in KKBOX app.

I tried to reduce the number of favorite songs in KKBOX from over 500+ down to only five. Then, the error message disappeared. Could large number of favorite songs be the root cause of the error?

In addition, I also found that if I make a playlist containing 500+ songs in KKBOX, the list won’t sync to roon, neither.

Problem identified. Not the number of favorite songs cause the issue, but a disappeared song.

There is one of my favorite song that previously was in the database of KKBOX, but now is removed by KKBOX. The disappeared song cause the syncing process failed, which cause the playlist containing that song not syncing to roon, neither.

Suggest roon should just ignore the disappeared song during loading the list from KKBOX.
