Description of Issue

In Roon Windows Client Setup screen → General → Core IP shown with internal IP B
in Windows Client Setup screen → Roon ARC → Roon Core IP shown with internal IP A

This does work. Setup port forwarding on your router to point to the IP address shown on the ARC configuration screen (IP A as you have illustrated it).

Thanks Andrew. Just tried and the connection test of Roon ARC still failed. Roon ARC on iphone to local Core is fine.

Hi @Lewis_Luk ,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you here.

Roon takes path of least resistance to get from Core to the external network.

Do you have multiple routers setup in this configuration?

Just a router but the Synology NAS has 2 NICs with 2 internal IPs connecting to the same subnet.

Why have two NICs on the same subnet? If you are looking for more bandwidth you should be using LACP and assigning only one IP to the bond.
