Hello, THERE IS A BUG after the ‘Playlist Improver’ release. Last playlist in the PLAYLIST side menu (after 'Folders' label) ISN’T clickable anymore. Ordering by different criteria, the last playlist becomes inaccessible. Playlist works correctly from the main Playlist menu.

If you haven’t yet, could you please stop Roon Server from running, and then reboot your ROCK?

Does this issue occur no matter the remote device? If your issue persists after a reboot, could you reproduce the issue and share the date and time?

Thanks for your support.

After a Roon Server reboot, the problem is still here from a Windows 10 client machine.
No problem in case of an Android client smartphone, all playlists are accessible in the side menu.

Can you please provide the exact date & time when you try to press on this playlist? We can enable diagnostics after to see if there are any specific errors displayed at that time.

Hello, I tried to access the last playlist at 21:50 today August the 1st, Italy.
I have to remark that the link is “broken”: the last playlist in the list (no matter which is the playlist, based on order criteria) has no “hand” hovering with the mouse, like an internet broken link.

Our apologies @Dario, we’re not able to connect to your Roon Server to enable diagnostic mode, which allows us to review a diagnostic report better detailing what might be happening at the time of your issue.

A follow up question for you : when you get into this state of not being able to click the last playlist, what happens if you change Roon’s window size? Are you able to click the playlist if you resize the screen?

Outside of that, if you could, please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

Please, look at the attached video. The problem seems to be related to the window size. Modifying the window size, the last playlist becomes clickable even if the “useful clickable area” isn’t totally precise.

Apologies here, could you send over a set of logs from the Windows remote you experienced the issue on?
