Can someone please point me in the direction of the latest Roon Rock download. Reason I ask is because mine was installed 2 years ago and refuses to update the firmware and when I spoke with support he suggested deleting it and installing the latest version because , and forgive me if this is the wrong terminology, I think he said it runs on LINUX ?
Anyway I’m having to take my Rock into a computer store tomorrow and ask them to erase and reinstall the latest version of Rock

Just FYI, Rock is Linux. It is a version modified by Roon to support their software and optimized to play music.
Note, though, that the correct link given by @David_Gibson won’t be the most recent Roon version either. Roon Labs doesn’t update the installer very often. It’s expected that the first thing it does after installation is to update itself online.

Do either of you have any idea why mine keeps defaulting to 1490
I have had many issues with ROCK and when I get issues I have to reboot. Every time I reboot it defaults back to 1490 . I then update and when I have to reboot for issues it defaults back again
No idea, it’s weird. Hopefully reinstalling it will fix that 
You might try ditching ROCK all together and run DietPi for PC which is a light linux build. Once installed there is an ansi menu which will allow you to install RoonServer.
