Oh backups compatible from Legacy V1 .8 and 2.0? I am trying to restore my library onto roon 2.0 on linux when I browsw t to the path with the backups in I’m getting an error that near backups can be found
I was also having trouble with browsing for Backups, but on a network drive.
For me, it wasn’t a V1.8 vs. a V2.0 problem and it probably isn’t for you.
Finally, I used the IP address rather than the machine name.
Don’t know if that helps in your problem, tho.

This was very helpful as I didn’t go down an incorrect rabbit hole ie knowing there IS compabikity so no neee to rebuild library I was try to restore s backup performed on s schedule I forced a backup to my network drive then it worked perfectly as expected
