Levinson 526 DAC intermittently not detected after Roon update (ref#ECYIML)

I have been using Roon Nucleus plus for 2 to 3 years with my levinson 526 dac. After recent Roon software/firmware updates the dac no longer shows up. The dac shows up and disappears in the audio screen. Forum search doesnt help extremely frustrated as no issues for these years. Dealer (ABT Electronics says only email support with Roon)

Thanks for writing in!

How is your DAC connected to your Nucleus specifically? How is your DAC connected to your network as well?

If you haven’t yet, I’d safely stop Roon Server from running, and reboot both your Nucleus and router, and let me know how things perform.

None of that worked including reloading firmware in my Levinson. I was able to fix it by erasing and reloading all the software, resetting the databases and deleting the roon device - reinstalling the software/connecting. It is back working fine now. Thanks.
