Description of Issue

I was prompted for an update on the remote app (to update the MacMini where Roon Server runs). I accepted. Roon said it was doing a DB conversion but never seemed to finish. After hours, I cancelled the update. Now when I connect, my tidal connection and library from streaming are missing. I suspect the db conversion failed to complete successfully.

What should I do?

Hi,

A couple of things to try …

  1. Shutdown Roon and restart it
See if that helps, if not …

  2. Roon Settings → Services → Tidal
Logout and then log back in.
See if that helps, if not …

  3. Restore the Roon DB from a recent backup.
Once complete shutdown Roon and restart it.

Hey @David_Dollar,

Ben with the support team here, thanks for writing in! I was able to take a closer look into your account and see that you’re running a newer build, 1259, and that your core was online recently.

From your core diagnostics, it does seem like Roon is haven’t issues mounting your Synology NAS, are you running into any issues in that area?

I’ll be on standby for your reply and status. :+1:
