Where i live ( France/Italy) and within my generation, @DaveN what you call “hand-wringing”, is considered exercising customer rights, and asking due answers from customer service.

But you (and we) have already had a direct response from Roon staff. This response has already been quoted on this thread, so apologies for quoting it again.

Qobuz albums disappearing from Roon library [Qobuz issue, see staff post]

Hi everyone, This is a known issue on the Qobuz side of things. It’s something they’re looking into and are working on a permanent fix for. We don’t have timelines for this from them. Typically albums should return the next day to your Roon library, but if you’re seeing otherwise please let Qobuz know and they can take a look at your account to see what’s happening. Thanks!

On a very practical level, please can you let us know exactly what else you would like them to say?
