Description of Issue
Library scans, gets to max. Is stable for a while (4hours to a week) then deletes the Library to zero and rebuilds on next scan.
Sometimes powering the NUC on and off will fix it but mainly it doesn’t.
Diagnostics indicate that Roon is failing to resolve the address for the AS-604T and the cifs mount is subsequently failing. It appears you might be attempting to Backup to a file location on this drive where you’re also storing library content; if that’s true, keep in mind that backing up to Watched Folders opens up a corruption risk.
The drive’s availability is fluctuating - however, there are also network availability fluctuations in RAAT and other Roon processes, suggesting an underlying local network issue. Do you have any network firewalls enabled, or antivirus software, and if so, have you added Roon’s processes as exceptions?
