Library Loading Issue on Original Nucleus with Roon App (ref#9QR4GD)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Music won’t play or issues with my library

Music won’t play or issues with my library

· Trouble creating or restoring backups

Tell us what's going on

· The Roon app screen shows "There was an issue loading the library" but I cannot find a backup location.
Roon is on an original Nucleus ca 2022 Serial #54B2038BF57B music files are on a Synology NAS, Roon app is running on a Mac and iPad.
Restore screen appears immediately.
Nucleus web interface shows system status all OK.
I suspect I need to rebuild the database but wanted to check with you first.
