Describe your network setup

qnap NAS; 1Gb/s; Unify (unchanged sice months)
`Dear Roon
Since a few days (was'nt there an update on Roon? )I can't access my ROON anymore because it comes up with the error message as in the att.
ROON is on my qnap-NAS (since a long time; never before I had a problem like this); accessible from Mac (M1, Monterey) and Windws PC; my library contains about 3000Albums (some 60'000tracks)
To fix it I followed the steps as on your help page:

macOS / Windows / Linux RoonServer
Stop RoonServer
Navigate to your RoonServer’s Database Location
Find the folder that says “RoonServer”
Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old”
Reinstall the RoonServer App from our Downloads Page to generate a new RoonServer folder

But when I restarted ROON in order to generate a new RoonServer folder the same message as picted came up.

What do I have to do?

Hi @Christian_Beusch ,

Welcome to the forum. I activated diagnostics mode for your QNAP but it looks like you have a fresh database already installed on the QNAP so I am unable to see the specific corruption error. Are you able to try to restore from an older backup from before the issue started?
