Hi everyone,
Today, I flashed the rooExtend image onto my Raspberry Pi 4 and successfully connected and configured it with my Roon ROCK setup.
I also purchased a license bundle today containing rooDial, roo6D, rooWatch, rooUPnP, and rooPlay, and received my license key via email.
Unfortunately, I am unable to activate the individual packages. Here is what I have tried so far:
I entered the code exactly as written in the email (maintaining correct upper and lowercase letters).
I also tried entering the code using only lowercase letters, as the input field placeholder seemed to suggest.
In both cases, no visible error message appears, but the code is simply not accepted or saved. In the Roon extension list, all modules continue to show as “not activated”.
Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
