I have a lifetime roon membership that I've used for many years. I'm trying to log in today, and I'm being prompted with "Become a subscriber". Why???

I have a SGC sonicTransporter i5 attached to my modem, and a hard drive with music attached to the sonicTransporter.

When I start the Roon app on my android phone, I see

sonictransport linux
Green button Ready
Connect button

When I click on Connect, I get the message “Start your subscription” and below that the button Become a Subscriber.

I’m logged on roon with the user id and password associated with my lifetime membership. This has worked for many years, but not now.

Okay, I think I accidentally logged in to Roon on android with the wrong user id (email address), with no subscription associated with that email. Now I can’t figure out how to login again with a different (correct) user. Starting the roon app takes me directly to the connect button, skips login.

have you tried stopping the app and deleting app cache?

Just did (deleted Roon app cache.) Also uninstalled and reinstalled app. Now when I click on Roon, it finds my Roon server, prompts me to connect, and then hangs (black half moon and three pulsating black bars)

Okay, I stopped and restarted the roon server, and that did the trick, I am now able to log in to roon app.
