I have a lifetime roon membership that I've used for many years. I'm trying to log in today, and I'm being prompted with "Become a subscriber". Why???

I have a SGC sonicTransporter i5 attached to my modem, and a hard drive with music attached to the sonicTransporter.

When I start the Roon app on my android phone, I see
sonictransport linux
Green button Ready
Connect button
When I click on Connect, I get the message “Start your subscription” and below that the button Become a Subscriber.
I’m logged on roon with the user id and password associated with my lifetime membership. This has worked for many years, but not now.
