Describe the issue

Hello,
I am experiencing the following issue: when I paid for a lifetime subscription, the Roon desktop application on macOS began to behave strangely, namely, it started spinning the wheel at the top right, near the bookmarks, and also duplicated all of my favorite radio stations. What could be the cause of this, and how can I restore the program to normal functioning?

Hey @6447,

Thanks for taking the time to write in and share your report!

In case you haven’t yet, can you first please safely stop Roon Server from running, and then reboot your server machine, and see if you run into the same issue?

If that doesn’t help, do you have a recently saved backup available that you could restore from?

I’d make a fresh backup of your current database as well, just to be safe. Let me know if either help - thank you! :folded_hands:

A great way to get rid of any problems is to restart the server! It helps with any issues, but unfortunately it doesn’t wash the dishes.

Thank you for your quick and clear recommendation. Everything is working fine so far.

Hello @6447

Thank you for the update.

We are glad to hear that everything is running smoothly. Enjoy your music!
