Everything is working fine, as usual. EXCEPT I cannot play Lil Nas X on Roon via Tidal or Qobuz. i can search and find him, but when I press play Roon says it is limiting Radio to the library, even though this function is turned off AND Lil Nas X is in both my Tidal and Qobuz libraries (but he doesn’t appear as part of either library in Roon). Other Tidal and Qobuz titles and artists seem to be available and playing as expected. What am I missing?

Thanks for getting in touch about this and sorry about the trouble :sweat:

The fact that on my end Lil Nas X (Old Town Road) works perfectly both from Qobuz and TIDAL, might suggest that the issue could be environmental.

If you haven’t yet, could you please reboot your Roon Core? This would meant:

  • quitting Roon
  • turning off your Core machine
  • unplugging the Core for a few minutes
  • plugging it back it, turning it on and launching Roon

Is there any change?
