When I search using Roon, I can only find songs on my server. I want to search all songs. I am using Roon version 1.8 (build 1151). The router model is RT-S300NE
Roon version 1.8 (build 1151) is a deprecated and unsupported release. While it can still access Roon cloud services, development and bug fixes are no longer provided for this version.
Because of this, if you’re encountering limitations or incorrect behavior (such as search results being limited to local content), there is unfortunately no path to fix this on version 1.8. The code on that branch is no longer maintained.
At this point, the only way to resolve this behavior is to update Roon Server and all Remotes to a current, supported version, where active development and fixes continue.

Thank you for your answer.
I’m thinking of updating to the currently supported version.
I was actually using the latest version before, but the device stopped working, so I’m using version 18.
I backed up the Roon database, but if the problem occurs again, I’d like to revert to version 18. Can I use the database backup again?
In short: Yes, if you created a backup while on version 1.8, you can reinstall version 1.8 later and restore that specific backup. However, please note that any changes made or backups created while you are on the newer version will not be compatible with version 1.8. You can only go back using the original 1.8 backup.
