Limits on search results

I have a very large collection comprising the works of JS Bach. Any given composition can have many dozens of performances by various artists.

Roon limits returned search results to 48. Would it not be possible to return more results in a paginated manner for people like me? I can imagine use cases other than mine. A listener with a large jazz collection may have dozens of tracks of 'Round Midnight by different artists.

Also, it is unclear to me from observation how Roon ranks/orders the returned results. Can anyone describe the ranking algorithm, at least in a general manner?

If you’re searching for music in your own collection, wouldn’t it be easier to use filter instead of searching?

Use the composition browser and focus or/and filter not search. Wrong tool for the job.
