Description Of Issue

Setup a new trial but now I cant reach the server…
Is anyone there? I suspect no one is around to support this due to Corona?

Thanks

Perhaps more detail about your setup like what is running where, how you installed etc. often making a drawing of things helps us too so we know and you think about what you have connected to what. system specs too, wifi or LAN etc

with Corona around even more people are hanging about to offer help…roon support will chime in when they can

Hi @Darian_Ebrahimi,

What happens when you try to connect your remotes to the QNAP Core?

Were the remotes able to connect previously?

Are all remotes having problems connecting or just one remote?

I’ve installed the client on my PC and iPhone
Both show the Core running on my NAS
Next I get the logon screen where I enter the email I registered with.
And the response from the server is:
Are You Online?
Your account needs to be quickly confirmed, and then you’ll be all set.
Please check your internet connection and try again…

Both remotes get the same error.
I’m thinking my account needs to be authorized?

Hi @Darian_Ebrahimi,

Typically we’ve found that this issue occurs when something on the Core or the network is preventing the Core machine from reaching our servers.

As a test, can you try temporarily using the PC as your Core? Does the same issue occur?

What are the dns settings in the nas and is it networked as fixed or dhcp network address?
