Roon on my PC core has picked up my bedroom sky Q mini box.
It plays to it.
When i go to the bedroom TV/SkyQ how do i select to hear it?

What is displayed for your SkyQ zone in Roon Settings -> Audio Tab? Can you perhaps share a screenshot using these instructions?
I would suspect that the SkyQ zone is found as an Airplay device, so you will have to enable this zone in Roon Settings -> Audio and then output to it via the Zone picker.
You may also need to put the box into Airplay mode, but for specific instructions on how to do that you may want to contact the manufacturer.
