Installed Rock on ASUS NUC 13 PRO. It all works, except... "Live Radio failed to load". On any device.

Describe your network setup

Cabled network. No extenders needed. Fast internet (>150Mbs).

Did you follow the installation guide for ROCK, especially step 6?

Hi @wim,

We’ve requested diagnostic logging that can pinpoint the issue with more certainty, but in the meantime, following @BlackJack’s suggestion is a good due diligence step.

AAC and mp3 codecs don’t ship by default with ROCK, so you’ll need to install those to decode internet radio streams.
