Live Radio not functioning

Rock on Intel NUC as described in your article
Roon version 1.7 (build 555) on Rock and on Mac
Roon version 1.7 (build 537) on iPad

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Rock, Mac, Hegel and Bluesound Vault are on Ethernet
Bluesound Flex is on WIFI

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Hegel H360 nr 1 via Ethernet
hegel H 360 nr 2 via Ethernet
Bluesound Vault (Library) via Ethernet

Description Of Issue

After installing the ROCK (previously Core was on an old Mac Mini) Live Radio is not playing anymore.
When starting a station, I get following message:
“Play interrupted because a song could not be loaded”

Indeed I did not onstall de codecs.
However, one question: how do I Uncompress the ffmpeg file?

ROCK Setup/Codecs

Hey Bob, Should not make a difference. You can check the BIOS revision installed via F2 when booting up (monitor and keybaord should be attached). The default Finder tools are unable to decompress the download. Use something like The Unarchiver (free) to unzip the file – and from the corresponding folder, copy the ‘ffmpeg’ file to the Codecs folder.
