I encountered this error while using Roon today.
Albums from QOBUZ and KKBOX that are already in the library can be accessed normally,
but when trying to browse new albums, this error occurs.

I use a NUC with ROCK installed as my ROON CORE. Normally operate ROON using two iPhones, one iPad, and one PC.
However, today they all show this error.
I haven’t installed any unnecessary VPN or antivirus software.

Diagnostics indicate that RoonServer doesn’t always reliably find a working network interface on startup. Furthermore, certain upstream services are returning generic network reachability failures in logs. This is most commonly a result of some stateful security software interfering selectively blocking Roon.
If I’m interpreting this correctly, you have installed some sort of VPN that is necessary for Roon’s functioning in order to circumvent Qobuz geographic restrictions. Is that the case?
I recommend verifying that a reliable DNS server is assigned - either Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8). Depending on your answer to the question above, this will either be in your router or your VPN settings administration page.
