Loading music files on my Nucleus

Hey guys,
I noticed something has changed but I can’t figure out what how to see my SSD drive on the network. I used to simply go to file manager and under the network section I would see the Nucleus and I could open my SSD drive folder and see all my music. That appears to be gone. Where do I find this feature now. Specifically, so that I can load music that I’ve purchased into the Roon SSD.
Keep in mind I am a Roon dealer so I have some experience with this but as I said perhaps something has changed with the latest software updates.

Regards,
Miguel

my System:
Hardwired to an ethernet switch directly connected to our router.
We have a Nucleus+ feeding multiple system within our showroom.

Hi @Miguel_Velez,

Are you able to connect if you manually enter the path?

  1. From a Windows PC
    • \NUCLEUS\Data\Storage\InternalStorage
  2. From a Mac
    • smb://NUCLEUS/Data/Storage/InternalStorage

Be sure to replace NUCLEUS with NUCLEUSPLUS if you have a Nucleus+ If asked for a username and password, use Guest for both.

I tried entering that into my file manager and had no luck.

Miguel

You need to enable SMB v1 on windows PCs that might have been reset by an update or if this is a new pc install
