I was searching for an album I have locally today, but it’s no longer showing up in Roon. I checked the server just to see if it had been deleted by mistake, but it’s still there. Tried to do a force recheck in Roon and it finished without any errors. As far as I can see all the other albums I have stored locally are there… This album have been available in Roon earlier, so this is a new problem. Tried to edit the tag of one song just to see if it would trigger Roon, but no change. Any tips as to how I can get it back, or what I can do?
In Settings → General check that you have ‘Show hidden tracks and albums’ set to ‘Yes’.
In Settings → Library click on ‘Skipped files’ to make sure that Roon hasn’t skipped over them for some reason.
If neither of those help I’d suggest coyping the files to another folder (one that isn’t being watched by Roon), then click on ‘Clean up library’ in Settings → Library and clean up the deleted files (assuming they show up). Once you’ve done that, add the files back to your watched folder and Roon should add them to your library.
