· Had a power cut the other night and ever since, local files won’t show up in ROCK. I have repowered and rebooted several times but with no luck. It is only seeing the free space on the internal drive, not the whole thing.

· Hyperoptic router. NUC with Rock on plugged directly into it.
The latest logs to reach our servers show that RoonOS sees the internal SATA drive as electronically unavailable to scan or mount. You’ll have to try to check to ensure that the SATA drive itself is still seated internally. Power down the ROCK and disconnect it from power entirely before taking this step.
After checking the seating, power back up.
Are you able to try to access the ROCK’s internal storage from another computer via SMB? Is the Storage folder listed and available, and are your tracks still within?
What about the webUI itself? You should be able to access this from a browser on the phone you used in your initial screenshot.
Lastly, can you share a screenshot of your Roon Storage → Settings page?
If you don’t see the storage location listed in any of these places, then the next step is to remove the internal drive and use a SATA-to-USB connector (if available) to connect it directly to a computer to check if it can mount.

Will try plugging it in again. All other views you mention don’t show my music folders. Leaving it powered off tonight and will try again tomorrow. Thanks
The internal drive looked connected ok but I unplugged and replugged. Sure enough, it then showed up but then wanted to be formatted, so I took it out again and have connected by USB-to-SATA cable and everything is visible again. An odd one. Normally when this happens after a power cut, a reboot sorts it all. Maybe there was an extra surge or something that upset it this time.
