Locked out of my account

Hello - been away for a few days. Roon working fine when I left - on returning Roon had closed down on my iMac (which I use as a Roon server). On trying to log back in I got the attached screen and am locked out of my Roon account. Any ideas how I can fix this please? Thanks in advance. Ian

Have you tried a complete reboot of your Roon Core machine yet?
Or try hitting the unauthorize button, that should release control back to you.

Did a reboot which didn’t help - not sure about unauthorize button in case it damages my account?

It will not harm anything.
It will allow you to sign back into your existing core.
Once you unauthorize it will ask you to choose a core to sign into.
