Description of Issue

My SoTM hard disk crashed. Replaced by my HiFi shop. HiFi shop can use their Roon account to login to the replaced StOM showingall my music files. However, when I use my Roon ID to login to, I could not login to the core. It keeps trying to find the core.

I am a lifetime member of Roon.

I was able to take a look at your account, and I see your Nucleus was online recently. Are you still running into issues here?
