Logged-in friend's song data retained on Roon Server (ref#YQ28UE)

Describe the issue

Hello, roon team. A few days ago, my friend came to my house. He is also a lifetime subscriber of roon. He logged into his Roon account on my roon Server and listened to a few songs. Then he logged out of his Roon account.

I logged into my Roon account again, but strangely, his song information was still retained in my album information. This is a big problem for me. How can I remove his album information? It is obviously too much work to delete them one by one. Please help me.

Describe your network setup

My network has two switches connected behind the home router. The first switch is connected to PCs, wireless routers (AP) and other devices, and the second hifi switch is connected to data players, roon core and other music playback devices.

I presume these songs came from a streaming service (Tidal / Qobuz / KKBOX).
I would recommend:

Going into Roon’s Setting and make sure that Roon is connected with your account not your friends.

Then go to those appropriate service tab off the main menu, and click on the re-sync button.

Hey @Ying_Xu,

Welcome to the community! @Carl is likely correct - I’d double-check your Roon Settings>Services and ensure you’ve signed into the proper Qobuz account.
