Login and Trial options non-functional after Roon reinstallation on Windows 10 (ref#1NXXOP)

Describe the issue

I've completely unnistalled (including settings and DB deletion) and re-installed Roon in my computer with the latest (today) Roon download for Windows. My computer has Windows 10.
The installation is completed and Roon is started. I select that the Roon Server is the same PC and then the options to Login or Trial appear (see attached screenshot below) but neither of them work. It seems that the link to the corresponding URL is not working. I have checked the internet connection and it is working.

I have a simple installation with just a Movistar router

You might try opening your browser before clicking on login? In the past, I had issues until I had the browser open already while logging in. Hasn’t happened lately for me, though…YMMV

Are you able to try to use a different browser to perform the login? Are there any ad blockers or antivirus installed on your PC that could be preventing the pop up window?

Thank you very much for your tips!! I changed the default browser in Windows and it worked!
