Hi @lespinks,

Thanks for writing in and sharing your report! Sorry to hear about your login issues.

Before anything else, can you try out using a different web browser other than safari and see if you run into the same issue?

If that doesn’t help, id also restart your iPad and try again.

With that, it looks like you’re running an outdated version of Roon Server on your NAS - I’d also update it to the latest Roon build 1528.

If none of the above help: check these settings in Settings → Safari:

  • Make sure JavaScript is enabled.
  • Disable “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” (temporarily, if needed).
  • Clear Safari’s cache: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.

We’ll be on standby for your results!

In the words of a famous TV detective, “here’s what happened.” I did all that Java stuff, but to no avail. I deleted my current Roon app. I installed a new Roon app. I powered off my iPad and powered it back on. I turned my Roon Nucleus off. I restarted everything. I continued to receive the error message. I then turned everything off again a went to bed. The next morning, I turned everything back on. When I entered my email and password, I was granted access. I then set up my Roon Nucleus and everything works perfectly and I am happy. You may close this case.
