I don’t know why I am getting this error even though I am connected to the Internet.
I am getting the same error.
I am trying to login after I had to delete the Roon folder after a crash as advised by Kevin.
I’m getting the following error while trying to sign up for a new account.
“Create Account failed due to network error. Please check your connection and try again.”
I’m using a Mac Mini and my internet connection is working fine. I can access the Roon website fine and I also signed up for this account for the forums as well. So, it’s not my connection. I tried using Google Chrome, FIrefox and Safari as well. All 3 are updated to the most recent versions.

Everything should be fine now.
We are doubling the number of machines, and upgrading the power of the machines that handle our accounts management… I think post-Munich show, we got hit by too much traffic for the current machines to handle.
