Describe the issue
I'm not able to log back into the app from any device, be it Mac, windows or android. The roon server sits in a mac mini M1 running Sequoia 15.5
Describe your network setup
ISP is AT&T. All routers and range extenders Google WiFi - AC1200.
Please retoggle local network access for Roon in your MacOS System Settings under Privacy & Security.
We see a second RoonServer instance installed on a different macOS machine; this server was also recently active, and your devices may be searching for a different server than the one you wish to connect to.
I want to only use the Boogie Mac server. I wasn’t even aware of any other servers. I am now able to log in from most everything other than my other Mac computer; I guess it’s stuck trying to log in into another server.
If the trouble is logging into the Roon software, it is worth noting that the process involves logging in via a web browser. The pop-up might be blocked by the default browser, depending on your settings. In that case, there are a few things that can help:
Rebooting your Roon Server
Clearing the default browser’s cache and cookies
Temporarily changing your default browser
Checking to ensure that you don’t have popup or cookie blockers preventing the redirect
Our diagnostics show recent login activity and we haven’t seen a response, so we’re going to allow this thread to auto-close under the assumption that the issue was resolved.
