Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Can you provide some screenshots and describe more about what is happening when you try to log into Roon? One thing that commonly blocks people from signing into Roon is content blockers on your web browser. Using a different browser to log in or whitelisting Roon in the content blocker will solve that problem.
