Login hangs up and nothing more happens

iMac 27K, Moajve

Log in box rolls for ever. Why does it hang up and do not deliver any messages instead of what’s wrong. Restart, new core and ROON did not make any difference it just hands up on login.

Sick of it.

Apologies for the difficulties here. Can you confirm that you’re able to login to our website with the same credentials?

Do you have any antivirus or firewall enabled on the Core machine? If so can you try disabling them temporarily and see if that helps?

Yes, I can log in to the website.
Ok, I ll try that just a free antivirus program.

Nope hang up on log in still

Problem solved, first I used AppCleaner to get rid of all of the old ROON app and then reinstalled from the beginning.
