Not totally sure what you mean. Login to Roon, or maybe Tidal?
Could you add a screenshot?

Welcome to the forum. I’m looking over your account diagnostics and it looks like there was a Roon Server recently active, have you been able to resolve this login issue? If you are facing the issue for a streaming service login, I would check for any popup or content blockers that may be interfering.
