Login issue preventing access for 10 days (ref#PKNOOD)

Roon is installed on my desktop Pakedge router and switch Xfinity service

Content blockers in your default browser are the most common cause of login failures. Disable adblockers or try a different browser.

If you haven’t added RoonServer and its related processes to the Windows Defender firewall, be sure to do so.

Any third-party anti-virus software or stateful firewalls should similarly have RoonServer excepted.

Please try to login via the accounts webpage in a browser and let us know if this works.
