Login issues are generally an issue with cookies - an adblocker or a bad cookie is preventing the browser URL re-direct from functioning during SSO login.
On the affected device, try turning off any content blockers in your browser. On iOS, this will always be in Settings → Safari, since iOS uses Safari as the SSO login browser by default.
