Description of Issue

There is significant delay in transitioning between tracks when playing a playlist or a radio (this can get up to many seconds that can kill the flow). No such delay when playing an album which works gapless. Why aren’t playlists and radios played gapless just like albums?

Thank you for getting in touch, we’re sorry to hear that you’re having some playback issues in Roon.

In checking diagnostics of your Core machine I see that it is quite underspeced, especially for the size of your Qobuz library. We recommend a minimum of MacOS 10.14+ and an Intel Core i3 - your machine is running MacOS 10.11.6 with an Intel Core Duo.

Please consider moving your Core to one of the newer machines you’re running as remotes. You’re likely to have a much better experience.
