Description of Issue

I have been using the CVN2 just fine, but suddenly it will not recognize the device.
I have reloaded, factory reset, booted PC, and rebooted router.


Thanks for writing in! Could you please reproduce the issue and share the specific date, time and name of the track playing when the issue occurs?
