I use roon for a long time. Everything was ok. But since 3 days I’m loosing a lot of elements in my tags. After a restore of the last backup everything is ok, but a few minutes later many elements (Cds) disappear from my tags. Some tags a really empty. It’s a horror. In my desperation I bought Audirvana. Help me please!

As a very first step, could you please disable, on your FritzBox the feature called “Software Packet Acceleration” - this can cause issues with connectivity. We recommend disabling this setting from the FRITZ GUI.
Next, could you please share a few screenshots of what you’re seeing? We’d love to better understand the issue
Thank you for your prompt reply. I haven’t changed anything in the FritzBox and roon is working normally again. I hope the problem will be solved. The FritzBox is very widespread in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Hopefully there are no excuses - the other (FritzBox - roon) is to blame for the problem. Streaming is very important to me. I can only stay with roon if everything works. Regards!
