Describe the issue

I recently updated the Room Server running on my Windows Laptop and lost the connection to my Simaudio Moon ACE player. I've been using my iPad with the Roon app to select music via Bluetooth connected to the ACE. Now I can only play music on the laptop. The bottom right of the Roon Server screen shows "System Output" where is used to show "MOON ACE-1C2365" (Same as the app) Any ideas how to re-establish communication? Thank you.

Describe your network setup

High speed Internet connection through Altafiber (Cincinnati Bell Fioptics) using a Zyxel EMG 3415 Modem and a Google wireless router and mesh network. All devices connected through WiFi

Hi @Michael_Lahm,
Thanks for reaching out to ask us about this issue. Please head over to Roon SettingsAudio — do you see your device listed there?

Would you be able to temporarily test with an Ethernet connection? Wi-Fi can be prone to interference and dropouts, so testing a wired connection can help us rule that out as a contributing factor here. Let us know what you find!
