I lost connection with my Roon ready devices, two Bluesound Node, and I cannot re-connect because they are not shown anymore

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I’d like you to test a few things to narrow down the cause of this .

  1. Are you able to see the bluesound nodes on the list of connected devices in your router settings?
  2. Can you play music to the Nodes from sources outside of Roon?
  3. Try restarting the Bluesounds, router and Roon server and see if there’s nay improvement.

Let us know if you’re still having trouble and the answers to points 1 and 2, and we will continue troubleshooting.
