Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I’d like you to test a few things to narrow down the cause of this .
- Are you able to see the bluesound nodes on the list of connected devices in your router settings?
- Can you play music to the Nodes from sources outside of Roon?
- Try restarting the Bluesounds, router and Roon server and see if there’s nay improvement.
Let us know if you’re still having trouble and the answers to points 1 and 2, and we will continue troubleshooting.
