Lost access to Oppo over night

Roon Version 1.5 (build 363) stable (64 bit)
Windows 10 HP Pavillion 23 All-In-One
QNAP NAS TVS-471
Oppo UDP-20
Cisco Gigabit Smart Switch

This was playing last night, has been playing for quite some time.
This morning Roon does not show the Oppo as an Audio Zone.
There is a BlueSound Node2 which is listed and is accessible. The Node2 is on the same network.
All devices are hard wire connected to the network.

The Oppo shows that it can see all the devices on the network including the HP PC.

Iā€™ve restarted both ends and ā€˜Scanned for devicesā€™ from the Settings menu.

Help?

Hello @Curt_Wilson,

Thanks for contacting us regarding this issue, I have a few questions:

  • How is the Oppo connected here, is it connected to the Smart Switch?
  • What is the model number of the smart switch? If it has a WebUI can you try to enable ā€œFlow Controlā€ to see if that helps?
  • Can you please confirm if the behavior is the same when connecting the Oppo directly to the router?
  • Have you tried rebooting your Core, Router/Switch and Oppo yet and the behavior is still the same?

Thanks,
Noris

Of course today, the Oppo is back.
Windows 10 updated itself last night. I donā€™t put much belief in it being a Windows problem. If it happened after an update then maybe.
If it happens again Iā€™ll pursue your questions/suggestions.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
Curt
