Description Of Issue

I tried Roon for the first time since the last update, been watching movies over the holidays instead of music. All of the music storage folders are showing an error. I have rebooted everything in the house. No change. I have deleted one of the folders and tried adding it again, Roon says “unexpected error”. I can instantly use the same network path on my PC and get to these folders and play every song I tried so its not the network. Should I factory reset the Nucleus Plus and start over?

If you restarted the Nucleus? Where is the music stored?

Hi @Leon_Shaw,

Can you share a screenshot of Settings > Storage? Where is your media located? How is it connected?

Any change if you reboot the Nucleus?
